The questionnaires were applied to users who have had at least six sessions of physical therapy, and were interviewed by the researcher between the months of March and June 2007. Each User answered only one questionnaire, a total of 376 participants.

The participants were individuals seeking some kind of physical therapy, male and female, who received at least six sessions and with over 18 years.

Key exclusion criteria
users who had some kind of disease making it difficult to speak and / or understanding, those who have expressed some degree of pain and those who refused to sign the consent form to participate.
