Summary
Brief summary
The study aimed to help inform how best to deliver nutrition services to older adults identified at risk of malnutrition, through the provision of frequent, individual nutrition support by a dietitian from the Emergency Department, compared with the provision of the current service to community-dwelling older adults identified as at risk of malnutrition.

This investigation aims to assess the impact of the service provided on the nutritional status and other outcomes including frail mechanical falls, hospital admission and quality of life.
