Description of intervention(s) / exposure
Total hip arthroplasty utilising CPT stem (as is investigators routine practice for hip arthritis) The collarless polished tapered (CPT) stem is the 3rd most commonly inserted femoral component in Australia for total hip arthroplasty. It is a cemented stem. Total hip arthroplasty with a CPT component usually takes between 1 hour and 90 mins,
Rotational stability of the stem will be assessed by RSA.
