Prospective observational study included 280 pregnant women candidate for elective cesarean section. Ultrasound and color doppler were done for all women . The primary outcome was accuracy of ultrasound and color Doppler in diagnosis of placenta accreta.Objective: to evaluate the efficiency of ultrasound and Doppler in prediction of placental invasion of myometrium and its effect on maternal and fetal outcome.
